Esquerda, my giant fox for Light Grey Art Lab’s Animystics show.

Esquerda means left. She walks to my left at night, watching out for what I can’t see. You can’t really see her, but she sounds just as horrible as regular foxes.

It is done! This piece is available for purchase on Light Grey’s shop, right here - there’s prints as usual, but we’re also selling the original pencil lines (framed). A chunk of the proceeds will go towards the Animal Humane Society, Homeward Bound Dog Rescue, and Feline Rescue Inc. It’s all for a great cause!

And if you buy the framed original there might be a tiny extra something in it for you. Ahem.

Baby Elephants!

-high pitch screaming-

probably my favorite part of elephants is the fact that you’re literally seeing one of few species that not only is probably on par with human sentience/intelligence, but also ages, matures and has proven itself to have a fairly similar growing up process as humans.

So like, we see this largeish gamboling elephant baby, but you’re basically looking at a giant toddler.

the babies!!!! OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!
